Its fantastic at first. Drop rates are decent. But as you progress along, drop rates become pitiful. Also, dont put money into the app. Because youre guaranteed to lose your sign in capabilities. And when you try to sign back in you will get a message saying "Incorrect username or password." Customer support is nonexistent.

The app crashes a lot, randomly logs you out... I tried emailing them, no replies.. Its like they dont even care about the players... Like why make a game that has potential to be fun but then just to ruin it with bad services

I spent over 16 and it didnt even give me my gold. Can I get a refund please.

Game is great but if they can fix the issue with it crashing that would be great put a lot of money in it and all I get is a crash site or excuse

Good game I really like it. 1 complaint is that the daily question and answer takes awhile to respond once I answer.

Its a really fun and addicting game! But, the game recently kicked me off of my account and I cant sign back in because I dont remember my password! Its really frustrating.. I put a lot of time into this game. I hope they can help retrieve my account info.

Ive spent two months in this game and forgot my password, I cant play now because of that and it logged me out for some god useless reason. FIX THIS

The train in the game is confusing and stupid

Ive been playing this game for about 5 months straight. Never have I ever had been logged out of it . Ive made it really far into the game and I wasnt planning on getting rid of it anytime soon. I didnt play the game for 1 day. I took the first chance I had to get on the game. Once I opened the app , I find that I have been logged out. I tried to log back in but I cant even type my whole account info because its somehow too long . Well before, when I started,it wasnt . Why now ? You guys need to fix this because I did NOT waste my time playing this enjoyable app just to find out that I cant even log back in because I missed 1 DAY !!!and no its my issue because I had it on "remember this account ". FIX IT .

The game is awesome, I was finally getting along fine. I had my game to auto login so for about the month I had the game it was logging in fine. Then one day it decides to clear out my log in information and poof everything gone so now I am here for about a week trying to figure out my login information. I thought with auto login you wont have to deal with login issues unless you want to take off the auto login. The bad part is it doesnt even help you with the username. I understand you clear out the password for security reasons. So yea great game just dumb system. I dont want to start over

This is a great and fun game but have many problems,cs are horrible.but they do compensate sometimes..this game is really expensive!!!
